Delivery information

Acme Made products can be delivered to any UK postal address.  We are sorry that at this time we are unable to accept international orders.

Delivery charges within the UK apply on all products ordered at £4.95.  We may on occassions send partial orders (when some items are in stock and others are not). You will not incur any additional delivery charges for partial orders.

All orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out on the next available working day via our 3-4 day delivery service.  Deliveries will be made on weekdays between the hours of 9am - 5pm.  Orders may be tracked using the tracking reference provided in your order confirmation email.  If you will not be at home or work at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery note for you to re-arrange a suitable time for delivery/collection.

Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be sent out on the next available working day for arrival in 3-4 days.

In the event of the product you require being out of stock, we will let you know by email and send you the item as soon as it becomes available.  If you wish to cancel your order simply contact our Customer Service team at info@daymen.co.uk within 7 days of receiving our email notification and we will cancel your order and credit any money paid back to you.


Warranty

What Does This Limited Consumer Warranty Cover?

This limited consumer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new Acme Made product accompanied by this warranty statement. This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty provided by the Acme Made retailer nor does it affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty lasts as long as you, the original purchaser, own your Acme Made product.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.). In time, even an Acme Made bag will wear out!

Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.

What Do You Have To Do to Place a Warranty Claim?

You will be required to submit your product to an authorised Acme Made representative for inspection to confirm the defect. DayMen International Ltd will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms. To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, simply contact our Customer Service team at info@daymen.co.uk or you may contact the retailer where you purchased your Acme Made product.

What Will We Do?

After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your Acme Made product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value.

How Does Local Law Apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country. This warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under laws in your jurisdiction governing the sale of consumer goods, including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC Directive 1999/44/EC. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this warranty statement may not apply to you. The laws of the United Kingdom, govern this warranty.

Who is Extending this Warranty?

This warranty is extended by Acme Made and DayMen Photo Marketing LP, 55 Valleywood Drive, Markham, ON, L3R 5L9. Canada.


Cancellations & Returns

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered from us for any reason, you may cancel your order either up to 7 working days after you receive delivery for a full refund.  Items that have been delivered should be returned to us complete with all packaging.

To cancel an order simply contact our Customer Service team at info@daymen.co.uk within 7 working days after the day you receive your order.  We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order cancellation and provide further details on how to return your purchase and obtain a full refund for the item including delivery, along with a returns label and returns slip.

Products are to be returned to us within 10 working days. Refund will be credited within 30 days of the receipt of your email.  The refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original credit card or debit card used to purchase the item.


Privacy Policy

We are very conscious about your personal privacy and the security of your information. As such, we make every effort to insure the safest possible shopping experience.

We will always protect your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment.  All payment transactions are through World Pay. 

The information we request from you is to process your order and ensure we provide you with excellent service, including regular updates regarding our products and services if you have requested to receive further information from us.

Please note information on our products and services will be sent by email if you order goods and services from us and include your email address as the means of contacting you. You will be entitled to opt out of such future mailings by notifying us that you do not wish to receive them.

We will never collect information about you without your consent nor would we sell or pass on customer information to other companies.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any organisation outside of DayMen International Ltd and will be held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The information we hold will be current and accurate. You may request in writing to view the information we hold for you at any time. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete and/or correct them.

Our web site uses cookies to keep track of your visits to our web site. We may also use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests.  We will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your details on our database.
